Maintenance Technician IV - Night Shift
Refresco is the world’s largest bottler for retailers and A-brands, striving to put their drinks on every table. They are seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to perform preventive and proactive maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal operating conditions and minimizing manufacturing downtime.

Responsibilities
Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe boots and seatbelts while operating forklifts)
Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements
Effectively complete preventive and proactive maintenance per the schedule to prevent breakdowns on equipment
Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages while collaborating with other departments
Initial responder when a line stops producing and assures that the appropriate mechanical help is on-site to correct any problems quickly using electrical and/or mechanical skills
Prioritizes work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, tools and utility systems to minimize manufacturing downtime and completes all required paperwork and documentation in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure the optimal operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery. Responsibilities include inspection, assembly, disassembly, and component replacement as needed. Additionally, serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one specific piece of equipment, either on the production line or within support systems
Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices
Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
Analyze test results, machine error messages or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography)
Skilled in implementing and optimizing preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime
Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards
Support the facility’s food safety and food quality programs to assure compliance and achieve desired results
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor
