Responsibilities
Servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and VAV systems
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
Performing routine and preventative maintenance
Maintaining accurate service records and following company protocols
Communicating effectively with dispatch and clients
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local codes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Universal EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver's license (required)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
