Install Support Technician

The Install Support Technician will assist project managers and lead install technicians with system installations and service calls, ensuring efficient daily procedures and paperwork support for assigned technicians.

Responsibilities
Read and understand project documentation
Install equipment, structured cabling, and interconnection cable routing
Understand and implement Pre-wire and Commissioning standards and best practices
Basic troubleshooting of simple audio visual systems
Basic knowledge and experience with physical installation: projection screens, display mounts, ceiling speakers, microphones and equipment racks
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent organizational skills and the desire to work for a professional company
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Familiar with desktop and mobile computing
Requires excellent communication skills
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
