Legal Conflicts Analyst (New York City)
Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join a leading international law firm's Conflicts Department in New York. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance standards and supporting attorneys with conflict-related queries while ensuring overall firm security.
Responsibilities
Produce and review detailed conflict-of-interest reports using Intapp Conflicts software
Conduct corporate and factual research to identify and resolve potential conflict issues
Analyze and interpret conflict reports independently with limited supervision
Research and maintain corporate family trees and related entity data
Retrieve and distribute waiver letters and other documentation as required
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent and compliant conflict-management processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of conflicts or legal-assistant experience in a law-firm environment
Experience with Intapp Conflicts or conflicts-management software essential
Deep understanding of conflicts-of-interest laws and procedures
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); eager to learn new systems
Dependable, proactive, and professional with sound judgment and discretion
