Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems including GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
Program, tune, and repair VFDs including Siemens G120, Masterdrives, Yaskawa, Emerson, Toshiba, and Lenze
Recognize and isolate medium voltage systems (4kV and 12kV) and establish Electrically Safe Work Conditions (ESWC) in line with NFPA 70E
Troubleshoot 480V, 3-phase systems and understand safe LOTO practices
Calibrate and validate electronic and pneumatic instruments
Interpret and occasionally modify electrical schematics and PLC programs
Understand and troubleshoot analog signal and communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet)
Use CMMS to enter work orders, log maintenance activity, and request parts
Communicate effectively with shift teams, planners, and engineering staff
Ensure clean, organized, and safe work areas; participate in safety and schedule meetings
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of industrial electronics maintenance or reliability experience
Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and control systems including low and medium voltage equipment
Working knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and PPE requirements
Experience in interpreting and working with electrical drawings and instrumentation
Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently on a 12-hour fixed day shift schedule
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly
Ability to work in tight spaces and elevated areas throughout 12-hour shifts
Exposure to industrial noise, heat, humidity, cold, and chemical environments
Work performed in and around fast-moving production machinery
Must be comfortable using PPE and navigating production floor safety requirements
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Industrial Electronics or related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience considered
