The role involves designing and delivering quality solution learning content while collaborating with internal solution consultants and learning instructors to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Help design, configure, activate and support the education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants
Ensure that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to customer satisfaction
Work closely with Learning Instructors to understand and manage customer expectations

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in solution consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family
Ability to operate independently to provide quality work products
Ability to perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment
Experience implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
Knowledge of Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
Ability to ensure quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
Experience working closely with Learning Instructors to manage customer expectations
