Responsibilities
Idea generation in relation to actionable alpha across the entire fixed-income asset-class
Deep quantitative analysis of investment opportunities
Portfolio construction using quantitative tools
Trade implementation and execution across OTC cash, derivatives and listed domains
Portfolio reporting and risk management
Contributions to further supporting the entire investment team
Qualification
Required
Approximately 1-3 years' experience in credit markets
Exceptional talent and problem-solving abilities
Experience trading IG credit instruments and/or interest rates markets
Track-record of superior performance and decision making under pressure
Highly quantitative skills and modelling capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
High-intensity work ethic and willingness to work outside normal hours when required
Track-record of high academic achievement, ideally in a quantitative discipline
High levels of honesty, reliability and dependability
Preferred
Background in Financials being advantageous but not essential
Coding experience is an advantage, ideally in Python or R
Exceptional candidates with similar fixed income experience may also be considered
