The Revit Technician will create models and production drawings for structures that will be built in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities
Generate Revit models and production drawings
Develop BOMs for residential and commercial projects
Ensure BIM accuracy
Coordinate with external consultants
Help create Revit standards and templates for the company
Partner with the production floor when issues arise
Mentor more junior-level staff
Qualification
Required
Degree or certification in Drafting & Design, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience using Revit in residential or commercial construction, with strong knowledge of MEP or structural (wood) systems
Previous experience with prefabricated buildings or off-site construction projects is ideal
Proficiency in Revit
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
