Responsibilities

Install low-voltage cabling for custom AV and automation systems
Pull, terminate, and label data, audio, video, and control wires
Maintain clean and organized cable management
Read and follow plans to execute wiring layout with precision
Work in attics, crawlspaces, and ladders as needed
Maintain a clean and respectful job site per builder guidelines
Troubleshoot, test, and verify system connections and signal paths
Foster great relationships with jobsite trades and homebuilders
Accurately document completed work and any modifications

Qualification

Required

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in varying conditions, including Arizona summers
Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces

Preferred

Experience with electrical or low-voltage wiring
