Responsibilities
Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance issues
Mount new tires onto wheels and balance them accurately using specialized equipment
Interact professionally with customers to discuss concerns, provide tire recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
Apply correct torque settings when mounting tires to meet specifications
Pay close attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and error-free outputs
Manage time efficiently—prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet service
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks related to heavy lifting, machinery, and shop environment
Qualification
Required
