They are seeking a Revenue Accountant to manage billing operations and revenue accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 606 while collaborating across departments to support the order-to-cash cycle.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of the billing cycle, including contract review, sales order setup, and timely processing of invoices

Review customer contracts and ensure appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other US GAAP standards

Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and support financial statement disclosures related to revenue and order-to-cash transactions

Prepare revenue-related reports and analysis to provide insight into variances and trends

Maintain and document internal controls over revenue processes

Partner with Sales, Legal, FP&A, IT, and Billing teams to understand contract structures and provide financial insights

Recommend and implement improvements to billing, reconciliation, and revenue recognition processes

Share best practices and support team development by contributing to documentation and process training
