Responsibilities
Perform Service Advisor/automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
Repair and replace automotive parts, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical systems
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options
Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor/Automotive Technician
Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
Tools to perform a multitude of repairs
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues
Must have experience with Automotive HVAC Diagnostics and Repairs
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and brake inspections
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Applicants must have a passion for learning and developing their skillset
Valid Drivers License
Preferred
Completion of an automotive technology program
ASE certification is a + but not necessary
Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus
