Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Implement behavioral programs as directed by supervising clinicians
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and behavior
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Participate in training and supervision as required

Qualification

Registered Behavior Technician certificationMedicaid CredentialedBehavioral program developmentDiplomaPsychology knowledge

Required

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Medicaid Credentialed (required if applying for an RBT II position)
Ability to travel a 15-mile radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases

Preferred

A.A./60+ credits of general studies towards degree in Psychology or related field
Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals
