Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end

Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects

Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualification

JD from accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in Maryland3+ years litigation experienceMotion practice experienceTrial preparation experienceSuperior communication skills

Required

JD from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in Maryland

3+ years of experience with litigation in the areas such as professional liability, complex tort, casualty, and transportation

Superior written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery and depositions

Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
