Responsibilities
Deliver high-value technology solutions to clients by aligning business needs with technical strategies
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges, recommending solutions, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand our partnership
Lead the development of proposals and presentations, pulling in the right experts and teams to shape innovative and effective solutions
Guide project teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions
Oversee technical projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives
Stay ahead of technology advancements and contribute to thought leadership, industry discussions, and business development
Work across teams to drive innovation, share insights, and mentor junior professionals
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise technology strategy in the Microsoft Tech stack
Expertise in Microsoft cloud computing, enterprise applications, AI/ML, or data-driven solutions
Strong background in Microsoft solution selling, pre-sales, and technical consulting engagements
Proven experience in consultative sales, proposal development, and client presentations
Ability to craft and deliver compelling business cases and presentations to executive-level stakeholders
Project management experience with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt to evolving client needs
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of consultants and engineers
Expertise in Microsoft technology frameworks, solution design, and architecture principles
Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies
Experience developing and implementing complex technology solutions across industries
Knowledge of software development, API integrations, and data management strategies
Hands-on experience with common enterprise tools, platforms, and methodologies
Preferred
Previous experience working at a mid-large sized management consulting firm is preferred
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong writing skills, with experience creating technical documentation and business proposals
The ability to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable components
Familiarity with industry trends, market developments, and competitive technologies
Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP)
