They are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician/ Engineer with experience in First Article Inspection (FAI) to support aerospace manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Preplan AS9102 compliant FAI’s utilizing planning document, 2D/3D engineering drawings
Develop AS9102 Forms #1,2 and 3 (Customize if required to meet customer requirement
Create a Ballooned” drawing which links engineering features to the appropriate entry on the FAI form
Add instructions/remarks for inspection
Prepare and maintain applicable FAI Metrics
Standardize FAI Plans based on Part families
Automate the process to reduce the errors in planning
Perform FAI Reviews in Net-inspect
Qualification
Required
Candidate to create and review First Article Inspection (FAI)
Aerospace exp, Manufacturing or Production experience
Aerospace/Automotive/ Medical background
FAIR/Pre-planning Experience
Interpret blueprints, specifications & work instructions
RCA/Problem Solving/Risk Mitigation
Min experience: 1+ years
Preferred
Manufacturing Experience (an added advantage)
