Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated resource for students, particularly first-generation and underserved individuals, helping them access financial, academic, and personal support systems
Enable faculty to focus on instruction, clinical preparation, and curriculum development, ensuring both improved student outcomes and long-term program stability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to multi-task
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Publisher)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Strong emotional intelligence and maturity
Must complete Learning Management System Training (CANVAS) within six (6) months of hire
