Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Nissan vehicles to manufacturer standards
Utilize advanced technical expertise to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the service team to maintain efficient workflow in a high-volume shop (500-600 repair orders/month, averaging 1.7 hours per order)
Stay current with Nissan training and certifications to support dealership operations

Qualification

Certified Nissan TechnicianNissan vehicle repairAdvanced diagnosticsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detailFast-paced environment

Required

Strong Nissan background and experience in automotive repair, particularly with Nissan vehicles
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
Openness to relocation (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates)

Preferred

Master Certified Nissan Technician status or ability to achieve certification quickly with minimal additional training
