High agency and ownership of your workflows. You will be held accountable (and rewarded) for execution
Resource, proactive, 'will do' attitude. No work is below you, similar to consulting or banking or a different startup
Willing to work long hours. This is not a 9-5 job. We will incentivize you accordingly
Be willing to travel on occasion
Pleasant to be around. No assholes
