Responsibilities
Develop site test fits, conceptual layouts, and architectural drawings for new data center developments
Support the engineering team in translating customer and internal program requirements into clear CAD drawings
Prepare conceptual building plans, and presentation materials for internal and customer use
Assist in evaluating site constraints, access, and utility planning to support early design decisions
Contribute to new building program ideas, massing studies, and master-planning efforts
Support special projects and other engineering team initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or related design roles
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, SketchUp, or similar visualization tools a plus)
Proficiency in Blue Beam
Strong spatial planning skills and an ability to translate technical requirements into efficient layouts
Understanding of basic building systems, site planning principles, and architectural documentation
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Prior experience with industrial, commercial, or data center projects is a plus
