Senior Product Manager- Livingston, NJ

Responsibilities
Lead upstream market development for Genomics and PGT-A, identifying unmet needs and emerging trends through deep market research and VOC engagement
Define and articulate compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving landscape
Develop robust business cases to support investment decisions and long-term portfolio growth
Develop business cases and collaborate with broader marketing and engineering/R&D teams to shape product vision and strategy
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and retirement
Define and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with clinical advancements, regulatory pathways, and commercial goals
Partner with R&D, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams to translate market needs into actionable product requirements and development milestones
Shape early-stage go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, and pricing frameworks tailored to global markets
Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and medical affairs to ensure successful product launches and sustained adoption
Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics to inform continuous improvement and lifecycle optimization
Serve as the strategic hub between marketing, development, operations, and customer success teams
Drive alignment across functions to ensure timely execution, supply readiness, and quality compliance
Lead upstream planning for supply chain and revenue forecasting based on AOP, sales pipeline, and market demand
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and support multiple project timelines
Willingness to learn and engage multiple business and operations
Ability to deliver on time and within scope
Collaborator with an eagerness to cross-function with Development, IT and Customer Success
5+ years experience with product management
Successful experience with software implementations
Microsoft Office ability with strong Excel and SharePoint skills
Bachelors degree required
Preferred
SAAS experience preferred
Software certifications in relevant SAAS, Microsoft, AOS preferred
