New GradNorthgate Ford is seeking an Apprentice Body & Frame Technician for their Body Shop. The role involves assisting an experienced technician to learn body and frame repair techniques while receiving hands-on training and development.

Responsibilities
Assist an experienced mentor in daily job functions and learn all facets of body and frame repair
Work alongside an assigned Body Shop Technician and learn to perform quality vehicle service repairs
Receive hands-on training, development, and coaching
Assist assigned technician as needed while learning along the way
Learn up-to-date collision repair techniques with the latest technology
Learn Repair planning and safety practices
Perform other related duties as assigned by your mentor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a background check
Satisfactory employment references
Preferred
Trade School or Current Experience in a body shop
I-CAR and ASE Certification
