Responsibilities

Install state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment in residential and commercial settings, delivering top-tier results
Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to set up sophisticated systems, transforming spaces into smart environments
Master the art of running and terminating various types of cabling (coaxial, category 6, fiber optic) with precision and flair
Configure residential wired and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Dive into programming and installing innovative automation, lighting, and surveillance systems that wow our clients
Be actively involved in different project phases, from prewire to final installation, ensuring seamless execution and client delight
Keep our tools, equipment, and work areas organized, ready for action, and always on point
Engage in exciting training sessions to continuously sharpen your technical skills and expand your product knowledge
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring projects are completed on time and exceed expectations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, becoming the hero our clients can count on

Qualification

Required

1-4 years of experience in residential/commercial systems installation, programming, and service
A strong desire to learn and a passion for technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A solid understanding of signal flow, cabling practices, and proper termination standards for coaxial, category 6, and fiber optic cabling
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Visio, and Microsoft Office products
A current valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred

An associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
Relevant certifications such as CEDIA CIT/ITS, CompTIA Network+, or industry-standard network certification
Experience with Control 4, Lutron RRA, HomeWorks, or similar systems
Josh A.I. certification
D-tools SI/Cloud experience
