Responsibilities
Travel (frequently) to install GBGS studio systems
Build and assemble truss, run cabling, install lighting and AV equipment, set up physical game components
Troubleshoot technical issues on site
Conduct punch walks to ensure top-quality installation and teach teams best practices
Lead or participate in post-installation project debriefs
Review project documents before each install
Order on-site materials and ensure tools and kits are packed and ready
Prepare install materials, tools, and kits to ensure smooth, successful onsite installations
Coordinate closely with Project Management and Construction teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and needs
When not traveling, assist with technical production tasks at the Adventure Factory
Help assemble, test, and prepare components and systems for upcoming installs
Track production and installation insights for future process improvements
Maintain and update documentation as products evolve
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in installation and setup of technical equipment
Ability to travel frequently for installations
Experience in building and assembling truss systems
Experience in running cabling and installing lighting and AV equipment
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on site
Experience conducting punch walks to ensure quality installation
Ability to lead or participate in post-installation project debriefs
Experience reviewing project documents before installations
Ability to order on-site materials and ensure tools and kits are ready
Experience preparing install materials, tools, and kits for successful installations
Ability to coordinate with Project Management and Construction teams
Experience assisting with technical production tasks
Ability to assemble, test, and prepare components and systems
Experience tracking production and installation insights for improvements
Ability to maintain and update documentation as products evolve
