Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital content strategies across web and social platforms
Maintain and enhance the office’s website for clarity, accessibility, and user experience
Create engaging posts, graphics, and videos that highlight our services and impact
Monitor analytics and trends to optimize content performance
Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, updates, and service information
Ensure all digital communications align with our mission and brand voice
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital communications, content creation, or social media management
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO, and accessibility standards
Proficiency in design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Social Media, Website Design or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
An additional four or more years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or website content management required
Preferred
Short-form video creation/editing experience (Reels, Shorts, or similar)
