Provide professional nursing care for clients in a clinic setting at Falls Community Health
Work as a member of the patient care team to provide patient centered care
Assist other clinical staff
Schedule specialty referrals
Provide patient education
Administer vaccines
Assist with medication refill requests and procedures
Track and return patient phone calls
Perform other clinical duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Must hold or be able to obtain State of South Dakota Board of Nursing Certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse prior to hire
Strong candidates will possess superior customer service skills
Effective communication skills
