Knowledge Leader (Inventory Management)

NetSuite is seeking an experienced Women's Health consultant to support the Consultant education and role development for both internal solution consultants and third parties. The role involves ensuring quality software solutions are delivered, managing client expectations, and maintaining course content while serving as a subject matter expert on Women's Health.

Responsibilities

Maintain course content for multiple delivery modes: instructor-led, self-paced, and test out
Delivery of instructor-led courses to educate employees to appropriately of standard recommendations
Collaboration with the Model Experience team, Consulting, and Product Development teams to remain current with new product features
Subject matter expert for assigned product
Lead instructional design planning and development to support Consultant Talent Development initiatives
Leverage various tools to plan and development self-paced learning collateral
Provide domain expertise and support
May be asked to monitor and/or manage issues logged via problem management process
Review post training feedback and apply changes to continually improve employee training
Operate independently to provide quality knowledge sharing regarding products, industry best practices, local and state regulations, and their impacts to a project engagement
Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to provide continuous education surrounding, but not limited to Oracle products and technology, industry best practices, local and state regulations
Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
May act as the team lead on projects
Effectively consult with management of customer organizations
Participate in business development activities
Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in course content creation and management
Experience in delivering instructor-led courses
Experience in certification development
Ability to collaborate with teams to remain current with product features
Subject matter expertise in Women's Health
Ability to use discretionary judgment during course content development
Ability to facilitate instructor-led courses
Ability to operate independently and provide quality knowledge sharing
Ability to perform varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment
Experience applying Oracle methodology and company procedures
Ability to consult effectively with management of customer organizations
Experience in business development activities
Ability to develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
