NEOGOV is seeking part-time Equestrian Operations Staff for the Show Place Arena/Prince George's Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, MD. The role involves grounds maintenance, cleaning horse stalls, and assisting with event setup while ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Responsibilities

Cleans horse stalls and removes trash on grounds and parking lots

Assists with snow removal and general maintenance of buildings and grounds

Grounds maintenance includes mowing, weeding, trimming, etc

Ability to lift 25 lbs

May be asked to assist with Arena event set up and tear down

Performs all the duties of the Grounds Maintenance Assistant in addition to operating equipment such as bobcat, tractor w/ attachments, and backhoe, and dump truck

Assist with ring drags to a client’s specifications

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Performs all duties of the Grounds Maintenance Specialist in addition to having a Class B – Commercial Driver’s License

Assumes leadership responsibilities and oversee staff in the absence of the supervisor
