Responsibilities
Managing and scheduling of personnel; Coaching and Developing of personnel., work schedules, reviews, counseling, training, meetings, safety, etc
Collect and analyze data of production: data entry, graphs, use of spreadsheets and graphic software
Process Control documentation, monitoring and implementation activities
Assist with daily operation of Grandview Molding Operations, which includes troubleshooting, scrap reduction and continuous productivity improvements. Provide support for mold and material qualifications as requested and required
Develop, analyze and report out on improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Three to five years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Familiar with specific computer software such as: Excel, Word, Projects, MiniTab and AutoCad
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
