Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and agreements in support of STACK’s operations

Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on matters related to corporate governance, leasing, real estate, and commercial transactions

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant business issues

Assist in managing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with external counsel on specialized matters as needed

Support companywide initiatives such as ESG, compliance programs, and special projects as assigned
