Responsibilities

Take the lead during unsupervised hours, ensuring that all customer interactions - whether in person or by phone - are professional and informative
Oversee the safety and well-being of program areas, patrons, and staff
Promote Parks & Recreation offerings
Lead or assist with a variety of programs and activities
Handle office equipment and software for routine data entry, transaction processing, daily receipt reconciliation, and financial record preparation

Required

High school diploma or GED and moderate (1-3 years) experience in a customer service position or a recreational environment
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required within the first three months of employment
Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
The selected candidate for this position will be subject to drug screening, DMV record check, and criminal background check
