They are looking for a Veterinary Technician Specialist to provide primary clinical support to veterinarians and patients, collaborating with Veterinary Specialists to advance patient care and assist in training and education.

Responsibilities
Perform daily responsibilities of a Credentialed Technician
Respond quickly and calmly to critical situations, and maintain high standards of patient care
Communicating professionally with clients, referral partners and co-workers both in person and on the phone
Ability to develop and deliver in house trainings and continuing education both within MedVet and for the Referral Partner Community
Mentor and onboard new team members
Provide Client and Referral Partner Education
Assist Veterinary Specialists in specialty procedures
Qualification
Required
VTS Certification from a NAVTA; recognized academy required
Utilize critical thinking skills
Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)
Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
