Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a crew of up to 3 team members
Deliver excellent customer service on every job
Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
Train and develop team members in safety and work techniques
Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment
Communicate effectively with clients, crews, and management
Thoroughly document jobs for accurate billing and insurance purposes
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required
At least 1 year of experience in water, fire/smoke, or mold remediation
Ability to supervise up to 3 team members effectively
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Drug-free and committed to maintaining a drug-free lifestyle
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn
Preferred
Additional IICRC certifications (AMRT, ASD, FSRT)
Experience with trauma/crime scene cleanup
Crawlspace encapsulation experience
Familiarity with Encircle or Xcelerate job management software
