Required

2+ years of experience in all areas of apartment maintenance
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Able to be standing and walking most of the day
Own basic tools: Screw drivers (Slotted and Phillips), Pliers, Chanel locks, Wire cutters, Crescent wrench, Needle nose pliers, Hammer, Tape measure, Flashlight, Cordless drill, Drill bits, Allen wrench set, Razor knife, Putty knife
Current valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Solid Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, Team Player
Takes pride in quality work and exceptional customer service
Reliable, Punctual

Benefits

$25.00 - $28.00/hour plus earned commissions
Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
On-Call paid at time and a half plus $100 quarterly bonus
2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
