Responsibilities

Execute event set-up, service, and tear-down based on BEO (Banquet Event Order) standards

Prepare dining and service areas, ensuring accuracy of place settings and cleanliness of space

Provide full-service food and beverage hospitality for standing and seated service formats

Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, event leads, and fellow team members

Anticipate guest needs and respond with grace, urgency, and care

Maintain knowledge of food & beverage offerings, including allergens, specials, and beverage pairings

Support logistics: linen handling, equipment reset, glassware polish, etc

Ensure all service ware is cleared efficiently and discreetly throughout event duration

Support additional duties as assigned, including dish support or event reset

Required

1+ year experience in banquets, restaurants, catering or fine dining preferred

Strong guest service instincts and clear communication skills

Comfortable with both solo service and team-style banquet execution

WA Food Handler's Card required (or obtain within 14 days of hire)

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and navigate multiple service points

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

As a regular part-time employee, if regularly scheduled for less than 24 hours per week, you will accrue 1 hour of sick pay for every 30 hours worked.
