Equipment Sales Technician
Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc. is a leader in aquatic life support equipment and systems, seeking a highly motivated Equipment Sales Technician to drive new customer acquisition and business growth in the Southern California region. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with Sales Leadership to achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new customers in the Commercial/Industrial sector to expand market presence
Develop and execute strategies to convert target customers
Analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and track progress
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to achieve sales targets and provide performance updates
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on business growth and customer conversion
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic selling capabilities
Experience with market trend analysis to identify potential business opportunities
Ability to prospect and cold call potential customers
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Preferred
Knowledge of Water filtration systems, UV sterilization equipment, High-End technical pumps, and smart automated control systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
