Senior Technical Program Manager - App Store Operations

Responsibilities
Lead the channel store audit program and operations to ensure apps meet quality, compliance, and platform standards across all markets
Analyze audit outcomes and present insights to executives to inform policies and drive systemic improvements
Build and maintain data dashboards to monitor performance, compliance, and partner engagement
Partner with product and engineering teams to automate audit and monitoring systems
Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical projects — from design through post-launch optimization
Translate technical concepts into clear plans, ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Define KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for operational and engineering programs
Qualification
Preferred
10+ years of experience in technical or engineering program management driving cross-functional initiatives
Strong technical foundation in software architecture, APIs, cloud systems, and platform integrations
Experience drafting and communicating platform policies for developers or technical audiences
Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across engineering, business, and legal functions
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Expertise with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent program management tools
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
