$11/hr - $15/hrNEOGOV is seeking an Ice Skating Instructor for the City of Monona's RiverRink outdoor ice skating rink. The instructor will be responsible for organizing, leading, and instructing learn-to-skate classes for various skill levels, focusing on safety and enjoyment.

Responsibilities
Organize, lead, and teach basic ice-skating skills, figure skating skills, and/or hockey skills for the appropriate classes with an emphasis on safety and fun
Set up for classes and help with clean-up after classes
Track and evaluate student progress and performance as needed
Attend in-house training sessions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 14 years of age
Must be skilled at ice skating
Must have knowledge or experience with the organization and supervision of skating school classes
Must have experience working with children ages 3 and above, as well as adults
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be able to work standing or skating for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, including cold, wind, snow, and sleet
Must have the ability to see in order to supervise skaters, along with the ability to effectively communicate instructions to students
