Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and adjusters
Scope, sell, manage, and execute water, fire, mold, and contents jobs
Ensure job site documentation and execution is correct and complete
Ability to execute required content manipulation, demolition, and equipment setup
Work independently, as a team, and train new technicians
Maintain assigned vehicle - cosmetically and mechanically
Maintain equipment, tools, and consumable inventory
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE 3+ years of restoration experience with water, mold, and fire jobs
Participate in the 'on-call' rotation for emergency service calls after hours and on weekends
EXCELLENT customer service & communication skills (written & verbal)
Dependable, Responsible, and Positive
Ability to work as a team and train new technicians
Eager to learn, acquire new skills, and grow professionally
Ability to travel locally and out of state if necessary
Valid Driver's License without major violations and vehicle
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
