Responsibilities
Conduct training for state and local law enforcement, court employees, and prosecutors on a variety of criminal justice issues
Plan, develop, coordinate, and conduct in-person and on-line training on criminal justice issues
Coordinate special projects, assignments, and activities as assigned
May be assigned cases to prosecute around the state
Attend meetings on behalf of the bureau as well as relevant training
Serve as a resource for prosecutors and law enforcement on relevant topics
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be licensed to practice in Illinois at the time of application
Ideal candidates will have a background in criminal prosecution
Experience conducting professional presentations
Strong public speaking skills
This position does require travel
