Responsibilities

Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules

Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project management teams

Maintain accurate records using ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint)

Identify and address delays, shortages, or scheduling risks proactively

Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization within procurement operations

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/project management software
