Responsibilities
Consulting with financial advisor clients via phone and Zoom
Providing valuable market insight, investment product overviews, and portfolio construction ideas
Working with intermediary clients to influence the sale of investment products
Engaging proactively with clients to initiate new relationships and sales opportunities
Managing a sales territory with an external sales partner
Building capital market and investment product knowledge
Developing sales process and territory management skills
Enhancing consultative presentation capabilities
Supporting financial advisor clients in their financial wellness planning and advisory practices
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a culture of inclusivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required (may be attained in role)
Commitment to growing technical knowledge of the financial industry
Passion for capital markets and investment products
Aptitude and dedication for constant learning and self-improvement
Team player, confident, and self-motivated
Excellent communicator, excited to engage clients
Appreciate the challenge of working in a goal and results oriented environment
Your robust consultative selling, influencing and communication skills
A learner mindset, with determination for extensive skill development
Ability to develop technical depth in financial markets and investment product
