They are looking for a MicroStation CADD Technician who will transform survey data into client-ready drawings and prepare right-of-way plans that meet specifications while supporting engineers and project managers with documentation and deliverables.

Responsibilities
Transform survey data into existing conditions surveys and client-ready drawings
Prepare right-of-way plans that meet MaineDOT and client specifications
Convert data between AutoCAD and MicroStation platforms
Research and compile transportation/right-of-way records
Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance
Support engineers and project managers with documentation and deliverables
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Have 3–5 years of drafting/design experience in survey or civil engineering
Are proficient in Bentley MicroStation InRoads and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
Bring strong AutoCAD skills (Carlson Survey experience a plus)
Communicate clearly, stay organized, and thrive in a collaborative project setting
Care about producing work that is precise, efficient, and reliable
Preferred
Understand MaineDOT CADD standards and plan requirements
