Develop and manage cost estimates for large and complex projects at all design stages

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate cost management

Interpret and work with architectural and engineering drawings and specifications

Utilize industry-standard estimating tools and software for detailed pricing and resource allocation

Support value engineering, progress reviews, and project optimization initiatives

Maintain a high level of professionalism and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Adheres to all policies related to the handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
