They are seeking a Director of Brand Marketing & Operations to drive strategic brand initiatives and ensure optimal revenue and brand growth through effective management of brand programming and marketing initiatives.

Develop and implement scalable content programming strategies that align with EG’s brand identity and resonate with the target audience (such as full calendar programming and live content and streaming campaigns) and fulfill league & tournament organizer requirements

Qualification
Required
4-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing and Operation
Prior experience driving digital marketing and content strategy
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners
Ability to manage a team
