Responsibilities

Driving the growth of Oracle Fusion (including HCM and ERP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions within the Public Sector practice

Meeting clients and partners

Following up on deals and actions

Collaborating with internal practice teams to draft growth plans

Converting RFX opportunities to wins

Traveling as needed

Working with multiple teams

Maintaining strong client and partner relationships

Qualification

Required

Minimum 11 years of relevant Experience

6 to 8 years of experience in working with clients and internal teams to respond to ERP RFXs, preferably with Oracle products and public sector clients in the US and Canada

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding conversions of RFX opportunities to win in a similar role

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion (HCM, ERP) and OCI offerings

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

US citizenship required (due to public sector client requirements)

Willingness to travel as needed

Experience in drafting growth plans, managing pipelines, and coordinating with delivery/practice teams

Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education
