Responsibilities

Handle child support enforcement cases and other litigation in several counties in southern Illinois

Represent the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services

Manage a high volume of cases during each court appearance and conduct formal evidentiary hearings when agreements are not reached

Prepare pleadings and responses to motions, and research legal issues
