Professional Engineering Consultants is a leading firm focused on engineering services. They are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead client service, manage technical staff, and oversee project execution within the Division.

Responsibilities

Manage, mentor and lead staff within the Division

Deliver PEC’s purpose and vision to our clients and staff

Uphold the technical reputation of the Division

Promote services of the Division within PEC and outside to current and potential clients

Provide workload management of team members in the Division

Oversee Division efficiency for production of work product

Manage project risks related to technical portions of Division

Develop, implement, and enforce appropriate Business Practices and Quality Procedures specifically related to the Division

Manage Division costs to within budgets

Set Division standards and deliver projects within those set standards

Collaborate between departments to achieve company vision

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
