Responsibilities
Develop 2D Auto Cad drawings and 3D REVIT Models for building construction documentation
Work with manager and design staff to generate plans; section and details based on design discussions
Manage drawing sets
Assist with development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements
Work includes updates and corrections to drawings of structural, water, wastewater, electrical and plumbing systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience preparing AutoCAD design drawings
Experience with REVIT models for municipal, commercial, and industrial facilities
Thorough understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT
Experience drawing building layouts, floor plans, foundation plans, framing plans, wall sections and details
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Capable of multitasking
Preferred
Two year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology
Experience with creating REVIT libraries
Experience using BIM360
Experience coordinating drawings between multiple disciplines
