Analog/Mixed-Signal ATE Test Engineer

Apple is seeking a dynamic engineer to develop ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices specializing in the testing of High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP. In this role, you will collaborate with design teams, develop test plans, and ensure quality and efficiency in test solutions for volume production.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon
Develop and document ATE test plan for new IPs and products
Design and debug test SW & HW for Production, Characterization & Reliability testing
Bring quality and efficient test solution for volume production
Coordinate test related activities between internal and external groups

Required
